I have left my town, Binnish, because of the shelling. I lost my house by the shelling. My family and me traveled to the Turkish borders along with other families from my town. We stopped at a small town on the way there to rest, but the unfortunately there was shelling on that town as well. One person who lives in that town told us to go to Geylanpinar refugee camp near the borders. We went there and arrived on 1/1/2012. The people in charge there gave us a tent for my wife, my five children and me. We stayed there for three years and the hardest moments we faced during that period were the burning of our tents for two times. In one of the burning incidents, my pregnant wife fell on the ground while trying to escape from the fire. The restrooms were not private and very far from tent. Another difficult aspect my family and me experienced is the fact that the tent could not protect my children from the coldness of winter. The people in charge of the camp used to give us food stamp but the food was never enough.
